SiC Kiln Furniture

We can supply a full range of silicon carbide products to cover their customer’s requirement. SiC kiln furniture can be used in tunnel kiln, roller kiln and shuttle kiln at different firing conditions. SiC kiln furniture of the ceramic industry is produced via different manufacturing process according to the conditions of the application.  It is possible to make complicated hollow parts by slip-casting process. Special extrusion machines also enable us to meet the special fine dimension  components, such as support posts, beams and roller.
Silicon carbide products range covers standard SiO2 bonded silicon carbide and high performance silicon carbide materials as: SiSiC ,R-SiC N-SiC

Application of SiC Kiln Furniture:

SiC kiln furniture are used for the loading structure systems of tunnel kiln, shuttle kilns and many other industrial kilns, they have higher strength and there are no deformations even in very high temperature, and display long operation life, SiC batts, beams, supports are ideal kiln furniture  forsanitary ware, tableware and electrical  porcelain application, they have excellent thermal conductivity, so it is available to save energy with less weight of the kiln car.
